Return Policy

For all orders placed through www.sechi.com.au

What Can Be Returned

You may return most items within 30 days of receipt, free of charge, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original, undamaged packaging
  • Your order number or proof of purchase is included
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
Note: The returns policy may vary during promotional periods. Please check the terms and conditions of any active promotion before placing your order.

What Cannot Be Returned

The following items are strictly excluded from our returns policy:

  • Full Collections and Vaults - cannot be returned under any circumstances
  • Fragrance products - cannot be returned for international orders due to HAZMAT shipping restrictions
  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers
  • Products purchased from other retailers - please contact that retailer directly
Important: We can only accept returns for orders placed directly through www.sechi.com.au. For products purchased from any other authorised retailer, please contact them directly.

How to Return an Item

Please contact us before sending any return. Do not send items without receiving a return label from us first.

  • Visit www.sechi.com.au to get in touch with us
  • Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  • We will respond with your return label and next steps
  • Once approved, pack the item securely with your completed return slip
Important: The return pack slip must be completed and included in your package. Without it, your return cannot be processed.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to respond with your return instructions.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps within 7 days of receiving your order:

  • Take a clear photo of the damaged item
  • Contact us via www.sechi.com.au with subject line: DAMAGED
  • Include your order number and the photo
Please note: Our lashes are handmade, so minor variations may occur. Small differences in hair assignment between lashes do not constitute damage and will be assessed individually.
Deadline: Damage claims submitted after 7 days of receipt may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please report it within 3 days of receiving your delivery:

  • Contact us via www.sechi.com.au with subject line: MISSING ITEM
  • Include your order number and describe the missing item(s)
Important: Cases reported after 3 days of receipt may no longer be eligible for review. Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.

International Customs and Returns

All orders are shipped from Dubai, UAE. International orders may be subject to additional tax and duties applied by your local customs office. If you refuse to pay customs duties and your order is returned to us by DHL, a return will be processed within 14 days of receipt. However:

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from any amount owed
  • Some countries may not allow orders to be returned for non-payment of duties

India - Special Customs Rules

  • You must submit documentation to customs to release the shipment for return
  • If documentation is not submitted, Indian customs will dispose of the items
  • No return or refund will be possible if goods are disposed of by Indian customs
India orders: Ensure all customs requirements and documentation are addressed promptly. Failure to comply means the items cannot be returned to us.

Black Friday Returns Policy

All Black Friday Sales are Final. There is a strict no returns policy for any items purchased as part of the Black Friday promotion.

This includes all discounted products purchased from Wed 27th Nov - Sat 30th Nov 9AM GST. Start and end times are subject to change.

  • No returns will be accepted for any Black Friday promotional purchases
  • This applies to all discounted items purchased during the promotion window
  • Please check the specific promotion terms and conditions before placing your order
