Ordering & Shipping
Placing orders, tracking, and delivery info
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. Your tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been processed.
Haven't received a confirmation? Please check your junk/spam folder first. If it's still not there, contact us at info@sechi.com.au.
We do our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible. If your order has not arrived within 10 days of processing, please email info@sechi.com.au with the subject line ORDER NOT RECEIVED and include your order number.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on:
International orders over $75.00 before tax (with certain exclusions)
UK deliveries on orders over £55
Please note this does not include any taxes, duties, or fees applied by your local customs office.
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, so unfortunately cancellation requests cannot be considered. Please take extra care when selecting your items before completing checkout.
Please allow up to 21 business days for shipping to US territories, P.O. Boxes, FPOs, and APOs. Shipping to P.O. boxes, FPO, or APO addresses is only available within the US.
If your chosen delivery address is a Shop & Ship address, please note we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been delivered there.

Returns & Refunds
Our returns process, eligibility, and exceptions
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of receipt, free of charge, with the following exclusions:
Full Collections & Vaults — cannot be returned; no refund will be processed
Fragrance — can only be returned for orders placed within the US due to HAZMAT shipping restrictions
Returned items will be refunded, not exchanged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The returns policy may vary during promotional periods. Please check the terms & conditions of the promotion before placing your order.
Mainland US orders: Use the pre-paid return label included inside your order. The return pack slip must be completed and included — without it, a refund cannot be processed.
Outside mainland US / Australia: Email info@sechi.com.au to request your return label. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
For returns of Sechi Hair products purchased from any other authorised retailer, please contact that retailer directly. We can only process returns for orders placed through www.sechi.com.au.

Order Issues
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to info@sechi.com.au with the subject line DAMAGED. This must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note: our lashes are handmade, so minor variations may occur. Differences in hair assignment between lashes may not constitute damage.
Please contact us at info@sechi.com.au with the subject line MISSING ITEM and include your order number.
Cases must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. Cases reported after this timeframe may no longer be eligible for review.

Tax & Duties
International customs charges and regulations
All orders (excluding US orders) are shipped from Australia. International orders may be subject to additional tax and duties applied by your local customs office. We strongly recommend checking your local requirements before ordering from www.sechi.com.au.
Tax and duties may be calculated against the order value prior to any discounts or sale prices. If charges apply, DHL will contact you for payment before or upon delivery.
If you refuse to pay tax and duties, the Australian Post Office will attempt to return your order to Sechi Hair. If successful, a refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt, however the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
⚠️ Some countries may not allow your order to be returned for failure to pay tax and duty, in which case a refund is not guaranteed.
If you refuse to pay duties on an India-bound order, you will need to submit documentation to customs to release the shipment for return. The tax, duty, and return shipping costs will all be deducted from your refund.
If documentation is not submitted, Indian customs will dispose of the items and no refund will be issued.
We highly recommend ensuring all taxes, duties, and documentation requirements are addressed promptly to avoid this situation.
